Tips that make a real difference

• Write bullets as action, scope and result: what you did, on what size of problem, and what changed as a number.
• Match the employer's vocabulary. If the posting says variance analysis, do not write difference reporting.
• Keep one page per two to three years of experience, and never split a single role across pages.
• Save the export under a filename with your name and the role, not "resume final v4".

What it cannot do

• A readiness score is a formatting and keyword signal, not a hiring prediction. No tool can tell you whether a recruiter will call.
• The keyword suggestions are only useful when they are true. Adding a skill you do not have fails at the first interview question.
• Importing from an existing file is best-effort: check every date and job title after an import.
