By using syeddanish.in you agree to these terms. The site is operated personally by Syed Danish Arafat and is offered free of charge. If you do not agree with anything here, please do not use the tools.

What the site offers

The site publishes written guides, a portfolio of finance and analytics work built on illustrative demo data, and free tools for building resumes, preparing profile photos, working with PDFs, improving drafts and researching public information about organisations.

Everything is provided for learning and demonstration. Features may change, move or be withdrawn without notice, and no uptime is promised.

Free use and daily limits

Anonymous visitors get a limited number of tool runs per device per day so that capacity stays available to everyone. Creating a free account and confirming your email removes that cap for normal personal use.

Automated scraping, bulk or scripted use, sharing a single account across many people, or attempts to bypass the limits are not permitted and may lead to access being blocked.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights in the text, files and images you put into the tools. Nothing you submit is claimed, published or resold. Content is processed only to produce the output you asked for, as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you upload, and for not uploading anything unlawful, or anything confidential that you are not permitted to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or its tools to:

• break the law, infringe someone's rights, or harass, impersonate or defraud anyone;
• produce misleading credentials, forged documents or falsified qualifications;
• misrepresent authorship where a person or institution is entitled to know how work was produced;
• research individuals for stalking, doxxing or any purpose that is not legitimate business or academic research;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or probe the site's infrastructure.

AI-assisted features

Some features use machine learning models. Their output is a suggestion, not a verified fact. Scores, rewrites, extracted details and research results can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and must be checked before you rely on them.

Where a school, employer, client or regulator expects you to declare the use of generative tools, that declaration is your responsibility.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate contact information. Accounts that are used abusively, or that exist to evade limits, may be suspended. You can ask for deletion of your account at any time.

Advertising

Guides and tool pages carry third-party advertising, which pays for hosting and model usage. Ads are labelled and are not endorsements. Portfolio pages carry no advertising. Interactions with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

Intellectual property

The written guides, page copy, design and code of this site belong to the operator. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. Republishing whole guides, or copying the site wholesale, is not permitted without written permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including lost opportunities, rejected applications, incorrect documents, data loss or business losses.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
